Priya Raghavan

Priya Raghavan leads Halverson Reed's digital and technology practice. She joined the firm in 2020, bringing the perspective of an operator who has been on the receiving end of technology consulting and is determined to make Halverson Reed's work different.

Raghavan spent eleven years at Accenture, advising mid-market and enterprise clients on technology strategy, before serving four years as the Chief Digital Officer of a privately held industrial distributor based in Indianapolis. In that role she led the company's ERP modernization, e-commerce launch, and the integration of three regional acquisitions onto a common platform — work that informs her conviction that transformation programs fail less often from technical missteps than from organizational ones.

She holds an MS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a frequent contributor to the firm's writing on technology adoption in non-technology industries, and serves on the technical advisory board of a Chicago-based health-tech startup. She is based in the firm's Chicago office.

Her writing addresses the gap between what technology vendors promise mid-market companies and what those companies are actually equipped to absorb — and what disciplined adoption looks like for executives who must answer to a board for the spend.
