Margaret Holloway is the Managing Partner of Halverson Reed Strategy. She joined the firm in 2008 as a Principal under Margaret Reed and assumed the Managing Partner role in 2016, leading the reconstitution that defines the contemporary firm.
Before Halverson Reed, Holloway spent seven years at a global strategy firm in Chicago, advising industrial and consumer clients. She sits on the boards of two privately held mid-market companies. She is regularly cited by clients for her unwillingness to take an engagement she does not personally believe in.
Her writing concentrates on succession in family-owned businesses and the discipline of mid-market consulting.
